Inclusive and Accessible Tourism - Industry Workshop
Hosted by Jamie Shields, Co-Founder of Disabled By Society, this event explores how your tourism business can embark upon or continue your accessibility journey.

Making Tourism accessible is about providing a warm welcome for visitors, delivering a great service and offering amazing and memorable experiences for everyone - all elements which businesses in the tourism sector are already familiar with.
During this event Tourism NI revealed the results of industry research in this area and unveiled practical supports such as the Inclusive & Accessible Tourism Toolkit. This toolkit will provide practical hints and tips alongside reassurance and confidence to move forward inclusively, however new or well-established your business is.
The session also included best practice industry case studies, latest update on the Accessibility Website Project and examples, tips & advice on what good looks like in relation to inclusivity and accessibility.
This event is relevant to all tourism and hospitality businesses who would like to find out how to improve the accessibility and inclusivity of experiences they are offering to customers and colleagues.
