Tourism 360° highlights tourism insights, trends and performance locally and globally.

The focus is on key strategic enablers for tourism growth, economic indicators, air access and both consumer and industry trends, alongside data on Northern Ireland visitor and accommodation performance.

Tourism 360° Performance Updates are also available, summarising the latest available research and insights including Northern Ireland hotel performance, Tourism NI's analysis of digital data sources and more. These can be viewed on the Tourism Performance Statistics page.

The latest edition highlights emerging trends, from ‘noctourism’ and the rising popularity of late-opening attractions to the phenomenon of ‘slow travel’ whereby visitors take trips at a more relaxed pace and soak up all a location has to offer. Tech-free trips are seeing a surge in interest and encouraging more eco-conscious choices is recognised as a key action for building a more sustainable tourism industry. Finally, rather than taking home a key ring or fridge magnet, local goods and traditional food & drink are becoming important souvenirs for visitors, and Northern Ireland has plenty of outstanding local produce to offer.
