What did we cover?

In this webinar, we provided an overview of the key considerations when integrating volunteers into your event or festival team.

Conversational in format, a panel representing a variety of facets of volunteering brought their experience to the table.

From recruitment to retention and specialist skills to welfare, the panel shared their volunteering dos and don’ts, helping organisers to ensure they create and maintain great relationships with these key members of any event delivery team.
