AI Check-In Webinar: Get Christmas Ready

Following the success of our AI in Tourism digital webinar series delivered earlier in the year, we were delighted to welcome back AI expert Ciaran Connolly from ProfileTree for our next wave of AI webinar sessions. This series complemented our brand-new AI in Tourism E-Learning modules on the MyTourismNI platform, which had recently launched.

We invited participants to join us on Thursday 20th November for a practical online session focused on using AI to prepare tourism businesses for the busy Christmas period.

We demonstrated how to create festive content, craft compelling Christmas packages and more. From generating seasonal social media posts to creating Christmas menus or activity programmes, attendees learned time-saving techniques that could be implemented immediately.

As part of this session, Ciaran also provided access to a comprehensive supporting document containing a significant amount of updated information and practical AI guidance. This resource included high-impact Instagram strategies, festive content ideas, and step-by-step recommendations that businesses could apply straight away. It further strengthened the learning experience and gave participants clear, actionable tools to support their Christmas marketing efforts.

This hands-on webinar ensured participants were fully prepared to maximise the Christmas opportunity while reducing workload during the busiest time of the year. We covered new AI tools and updates within the session and also addressed any questions that arose.

This webinar was delivered as part of Tourism NI’s ongoing Tourism Enterprise Development (TED) Programme.
